"Cheese Juice" is a family expression to basically say "melted cheese over something very meaty". We would consider a Great Phili Cheese Steak Sandwich as being "Cheese Juice". But no matter what you call it, it is very yummy! Enjoy! --Kristin

 

Ingredients: 2 Thomas Bagels   1/2 cup Kraft Mexican 4-Cheese Mix   1 ribeye steak or chicken breast   2 tsp guacamole

1.  Cook steak on George Foreman grill.
2.  Slice steak and spread on bagels,    leave open faced.
3.  Spread cheese over steak.   4.  Microwave on high for 1 minute.   5.  Slather steak and cheese with  guacamole.
6.  Close sandwich. 7.  Feast!
